Storage
Keep bags sealed and store them in a cool, dry place.
After opening, reseal the bag immediately to prevent moisture absorption.
Instructions for Use
Mixing Ratio
10g powder : 20-23ml water
Room-temperature water is recommended.
Mixing Time
30-45 seconds
Working Time
Use within 1 minute 30 seconds from the start of mixing.
Setting Time
Approximately 1 minute 50 seconds
Intraoral Holding Time
Keep the tray stationary for at least 1 minute 30 seconds.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Shake the powder container before use to ensure the composition is uniform.
Step 2
Measure the required amount of water and powder according to the recommended ratio.
Step 3
Add the powder to the water and mix quickly with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
For the color-changing type, the mixture appears purple-red during this stage.
Step 4
Load the mixture into the dental tray within 1 minute 30 seconds from the start of mixing.
For the color-changing type, the material turns light pink during the working stage.
Step 5
Place the tray in the patient’s mouth and keep it stationary for about 1 minute until the material sets.
For the color-changing type, the fully set impression turns white.
Step 6
After setting, remove the impression from the mouth and rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove saliva and debris.
Step 7
Disinfect the impression, gently shake off excess water, and pour with gypsum immediately.
Precautions
After opening the bag, reseal it tightly or place it in an airtight container.
Use one bag at a time, and keep unused bags sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
For best results, use Type 3 or Type 4 gypsum compliant with ISO 6873.
Pour the gypsum immediately after taking the impression.
If immediate pouring is not possible, store the impression in a humid environment to prevent distortion.
Suitable disinfectants may include glutaraldehyde, hypochlorite, or iodophor.
Setting time may vary depending on water temperature and room temperature.
Higher temperatures shorten the setting time.
Hard water, such as tap water, may also shorten the setting time.
The color-changing time is affected by temperature in the same way.
This product is not recommended for individuals who are sensitive to alginate odor or who have oral ulcers.
Avoid inhaling dust during use.
If the material comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with clean water for several minutes.
If symptoms persist, consult an eye doctor.
Do not swallow.
If swallowed and symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately.
Accessories are not included.
Mixing spatula, mixing bowl, measuring cup, syringe, and dental tray should be prepared separately by the user.
